Anxiety is a thief

Have you ever experienced anxiety? My right? t hesitate to say that 100 adults surveyed, all 100 would say that they have experienced some form of anxiety. Anxiety is a normal part of our existence. In the early years of the man, anxiety and adrenaline are the end keep us alert to danger. This keeps us alive. Today, the anxiety that many of us feel is in response to increasingly more daily responsibilities and no increase in the amount of time available to take charge of the responsibilities.

Some people, however, have a worse state of anxiety. Attacks of anxiety or panic attacks, as they often refer, stealing from individuals of their ability to function normally. Fear takes over his mind, numb your ability to think and process thought clearly. They are afraid to breathe even at times and sometimes unable to breathe normally.

This is a debilitating condition. You think is trapped by fear and panic, to the point that could not even a simple trip to the supermarket? It is a daily situation for many adults. The major dilemma facing panic for individual is the isolation felt by many and the inability to reach someone for help. The very nature of the disease is isolated to the patient and makes treatment options seems non-existent. Seek treatment would mean that they had to exist outside the comfort of your home, or his bedroom area.

Often a person will experience circumstances that lead to severe anxiety or panic, and once the circumstances causing the panic are resolved or dissipate, so does the anxiety. I don? t believe can go through all his adult life and never experiencing certain growing anxiety. If you have responsibilities, children, loved ones and friends, it is likely to be a situation that causes to live the experience of severe anxiety. Some people never experience an attack. The good news, indeed the bright spot that I can see, in this disease, is only that it is an easily treatable condition with the advice and the use of self-help techniques including biofeedback, meditation, and mild medications. Allowing them to participate in their own treatment and empowerment of the person is in itself a way of stopping anxiety and panic. Once a person begins to feel that they are in control of their lives, once again, it is even more to banish the overwhelming anxiety and panic.
