Anxiety and its causes

Anxiety is described by the AMA as a general feeling of malaise, fear, uncertainty and fear before or in anticipation of a Royal or the threat of image. These causes of anxiety attacks are:

It is known that a family history of anxiety increases the likelihood of developing the disease. In other words, a genetic predisposition can increase the chances of anxiety attacks.
