My symptoms usually occur in the following order:
1. Out-of-body experience. I felt as if I were in a cloud (a sense consider a bit him).
2. The heart palpitations. My heart would win him to quickly, as if he could jump out of my chest.
3 Hyperventilation. I would start with difficulty breathing. It felt as if I could not breathe,
4 Dizziness. Then it went from an attack on the heart to a stroke or aneurysm.
About three years in my professional career while conducting a meeting from scratch, I began to have feelings above. During the meeting that he had to excuse myself (a very embarrassing situation). But feelings became so strong so quickly, I had to report to one of my colleagues at my side. This colleague was ended by contact with the paramedics and I was in my first of what would become many trips for many years to the emergency room.
It was determined he had anxiety attacks that eventually turned into panic. I I rushed to the ER so much that my doctor told me that my insurance provider would drop my insurance because I was going to ER too to (what he considered) frivolous complaints. I told my doctor that I was experiencing these feelings. Finally, after a vigorous conversation and backwards (because I do not think that he believed that he was having these symptoms), finally stated the following:
"I KNOW THAT IT IS GOING TO HAVE THESE FEELINGS BECAUSE YOUR BRAIN IS TELLING HIS BODY TO DO THOSE THINGS."
Then when I fell like a ton of bricks that perhaps what he has been said is true. I do not think that my brain would make my body feel as well.
My doctor prescribed anti-anxiety medications. With the passage of time, I found more and more drugs a day. So much so, to where I felt as if I were in a State of drug induced sometimes.
Years later while he was sitting at home feeling sorry for me (my attacks seemed having reached a peak of a couple of times a day), I saw an infomercial that changed my life forever. At this time was not far from home, fearing that it would have an attack. I could not believe what was listening. They explained that it could cure the majority of the people (if not all) who suffer from anxiety / panic attacks or depression. I don't think I could help, I thought that it was too far gone and that I had suffered for too long. As I continued to see, the infomercial showed people who had the same symptoms AS ME! There are people who are experiencing the same problem and some were professionals who could not believe.
The treatment is using techniques of cognitive-behavioral therapy. After studying and use of these techniques, could completely get the medication and not of fear which would have an attack at any time. I'm cured and they have been helping other people suffering from anxiety and panic attacks become an experienced survivor.
